1. Who we are and what this covers

Infinite Oneness is a platform with three parts: Oneness, a public space for structured debate; Infinity, where projects raise and manage funding; and The Lab, a survey product still in development. These terms cover all three and every page under our domains.

By creating an account or using any part of the platform you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform. We will tell you before a materially different version takes effect, and continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept the new version.

2. Your account

You need an account to take part. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep access to it secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has it.

One person, one account. Do not create an account on behalf of somebody else without their authority, and do not impersonate anyone.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. If we learn an account belongs to a child, we will close it.

3. Identity verification

Some parts of the platform — putting money into a project, and taking part in The Lab — require you to verify your identity by submitting photographs of a government identity document and a photograph of your face.

That verification is performed by VNPT eKYC, a third-party service in Vietnam. Your photographs are sent to VNPT and processed on their systems. Our privacy policy explains what that means for you, including what VNPT does and does not commit to. Read it before you verify.

You must submit your own genuine document. Submitting someone else's document, or an altered one, will end your access and may be reported.

4. What you post

You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to store it, display it to the audience you chose, and translate it between the languages the platform supports, so that the platform can do what you asked of it.

Do not post content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, that harasses or endangers a person, or that you have no right to share. Do not use the platform to distribute malware, to scrape it at scale, or to attack it.

Debate is the point of Oneness, and disagreement is not a violation. Personal attacks, deliberate falsification, and material designed to intimidate are.

We may remove content or restrict an account when these rules are broken. Where we can, we will tell you why.

5. Projects and money

Infinity lets project owners raise funds and lets other people contribute to them. We are not a bank, a broker, an investment adviser, or an escrow agent, and nothing on the platform is financial advice.

A contribution to a project is a decision you make about that project. We do not guarantee that a project will deliver what it describes, meet a milestone, or return anything at all. Assess a project yourself before you contribute to it.

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Their terms apply to the payment itself in addition to these terms.

This part of the platform is still being assessed against Vietnamese financial regulation. If that assessment requires us to change how contributions work, or to stop offering part of it, we will do so and will tell you.

6. The Lab

The Lab is in development. It is designed so that the person who created a survey cannot see who answered it, and so that we cannot link an answer back to a person. That design is described publicly and is not yet fully implemented.

Do not rely on The Lab for anything where the consequence of being identified would be serious, until we say it is finished. When it is, we will say so plainly and describe what changed.

7. Availability, and changes to the platform

We offer the platform as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or unchanged over time. We may add, alter or remove features.

If we discontinue something you depend on, we will give you what notice we reasonably can, and where the feature holds your content we will give you a way to retrieve it.

8. Ending your use

You may stop using the platform at any time and may ask us to delete your account. Our privacy policy explains what deletion does and does not reach, and how long it takes.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that puts other users at risk, or where the law requires it. Except where telling you first would make the harm worse, we will tell you first.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or opportunity, or for any loss arising from a decision you made about a project on the platform.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam, and the competent courts of Vietnam will hear any dispute arising from them.
